Absolutely. At delivery I run a 1-on-1 training session and provide documentation. WordPress/WooCommerce is user-friendly — you'll be able to change texts, images, products, and add pages.
If it's a bug in code I wrote, I fix it free within the support period (up to 12 months). If it's caused by an external factor (e.g. a third-party plugin update), I handle it within the maintenance plan.
